"I have two rentals at The University of Akron. I used Akron Pest Control to treat an active termite infestation when I purchased the house. It was a $1,000 job. They come back every year for $100 and do an inspection. This prevents any termite activity and keeps my lifetime warranty in place.

Akron Pest Control was able to come out within 6 hours of my first phone call. We had a wasp nest (yellow jackets) on the back of the building, and they were managing to get into the building via the ladies room window somehow. There were easily 8 or 9 on the restroom window when I made the call. Not only did they take care of the nest, but they also removed the strays from inside the building. They were professional, knowledgeable, and reasonable priced. I would call them again if I needed them, and would recommend them to others. Make them your first and last call.
Used another service for 1 year (5 treatments) with no luck addressing a carpenter ant/bee situation. Akron Pest Control came and did the job on 1 visit with the possibility of returning to take care of any residual problems. Would totally recommend.
Fantastic service and great turn around time. I contacted Akron Pest Control for a bee problem I had at my home. Their technician, Ryan came out the same day and thank goddesses he did because after he properly diagnosed the problem it turned out to be much more of an issue than we thought. He was able to take care of the large amount of bees quickly and efficiently and they haven’t come back since. I also refer them to all of my customers for my property maintenance company as I know they will treat them well.

We have been using Akron Pest Control for over 40 years and they have never let us down, their spring service for bees, ants, and spiders has kept our home and yard free of these pests. On rare occasions did we have an insect problem after the service and when we did they were out fast and took care of it. I know of a lot of nightmare stories people have had using other companies and I have talked most of them into switching to Akron Pest. I believe they are now into the third generation and I hope it continues.
I've done business with these folks a number of times over the years and it's always been a great experience. They've solved a mouse problem and done a few pest inspections for me. Each time Tom has been on time, very courteous, and a fountain of good information. I highly recommend them!
